The Watermark at 3030 Park

This project repositioned the second-floor common spaces of an Assisted Living community to better serve how residents gather and socialize. The scope included reconfigured layouts, updated finishes, furnishings, and lighting, creating comfortable, accessible shared spaces that support resident engagement and day-to-day care.
