The Watermark at Logan Square

This project renovated the third-floor Skilled Nursing unit, including resident rooms and common areas. Resident rooms were updated with new finishes, furnishings, and lighting to create a more comfortable, residential environment while supporting clinical care. Common areas were refreshed to give residents and families welcoming spaces to gather, with durable, easy-to-maintain materials and improved accessibility throughout.
