The Watermark at East Hill

This project converted the second floor of a senior living community from Independent Living to Assisted Living. The renovation adapted resident spaces and shared areas to support a higher level of care, with updates to layouts, finishes, lighting, and accessibility features. The result is a floor designed for resident safety and ease of navigation while keeping a comfortable, residential feel.
