This project upgraded and renovated the community’s common areas to create refreshed, functional spaces for residents, families, and staff. The scope included updated finishes, furnishings, and lighting, along with improvements that support accessibility, comfort, and ease of navigation. The renovated spaces give the community a cohesive, contemporary look that supports resident engagement and daily life.
